PIA’s Cargo Handling at BHX

Recently booked cargo through PIA which was destined to Lahore and was dropped of to BHX with clearly mentioned route BHX_MAN_LHE on waybill , but to our surprise PIA cargo Handling firm Servisair sent it to ISB rather LHE it has been almost 3 weeks and the cargo is at ISB , we have been try every sort to resolve this issue but no success .
